Sarah Malerstein, a Partner at DuRard, McKenna & Borg LLC, has been successfully representing injured workers in the California Workers compensation arena for more than 20 years.

Sarah is active is the California Applicants Association, a statewide attorney’s organization that
promotes public policy, education, and engagement for the benefit of injured workers. She is on the Board of Directors and has served two terms as President of the San Francisco Chapter of the California Applicants’ Attorney Association Francisco Chapter. In 2018, Sarah was awarded Applicant Attorney of the Year of the San Francisco Chapter.

Sarah is a San Francisco native with deep roots in the community. Sarah graduated from with a
Bachelor of Arts degree from Mills College, and she earned her Juris Doctor degree From Santa Clara University, School of Law.
