Susan R. Borg
Susan R. Borg is a partner with DuRard, McKenna & Borg in San Mateo, California. Ms. Borg joined the firm in 1989 and focuses her practice exclusively on workers' compensation cases. She actively fights for the rights of California and Bay Area working men and women, is a Certified Specialist in Workers' Compensation Law, and has lectured widely on the subject.
Ms. Borg is an active member of the California Applicant Attorneys' Association (CAAA), a statewide association of attorneys representing injured workers. She has served as the past president of CAAA and is a current member of the Board of Governors, the current Chair of the Policy Steering Committee, and founder of the San Francisco chapter.
Ms. Borg has received an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the national directory of lawyers. This is the highest possible rating an attorney can receive, indicating that her peers rank her at the highest levels of professionalism and ethical standards.
Ms. Borg is a New York native who came to San Francisco to attend law school. She earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of San Francisco and her Bachelor of Arts degree from Carnegie Mellon University.
